We’d like to say thanks for wearing a mask when you use RTS. You're staying safe while you’re staying connected.

Starting today, customers who do not wear a covering over their face and mouth will be refused service and removed from RTS property. Employees who do not comply will be handled internally as a personnel matter.

On July 15, RTS will introduce three new ways to pay for fares: RTS Go mobile, RTS Go cards and exact change with cash on the bus.

RTS will start collecting fares again, resume regular service for many of our Regionals, and implement a new boarding and exiting policy for our 40- and 60- foot buses in Monroe County.

Starting on July 15, Persons with Disabilities, Seniors 65+, and children 6 -11 will be able to pay the reduced fare throughout the day.
