Subscription Service

Subscriptions allow customers to set a schedule of repeated trips. RTS Access will offer Subscriptions to customers who meet the condition. An important condition is one “like trip” per week. This means that at least one time per week, you travel from the same location to the same destination on the same day and at the same time. Traveling from your residence to your job every Monday at 9:00 AM is an example of “one like trip.”

Please note: Subscription Service is subject to availability. These trips are prescheduled. You need to call if you wish to cancel or put your trips on hold. Major holidays are cancelled, if you need your ride, please call the scheduling office.
