Canceling Your Trip
Cancel a trip:
- Easily cancel online or via the App
- Automated system (trips for today and tomorrow only): 585-224-8330, press option “1”
- Leave a message: 585-224-8529
- Contact scheduling: 585-224-8330, press option “3”
- Contact Dispatch (after hours only): 585-654-0675
Please Note: Drivers are unable to cancel or modify trips. Customer is responsible to call the scheduling office for any changes. If you know one or two days in advance that you won’t be taking your scheduled trip, call scheduling: 585-224-8330, press option “3”.
Return trips are not automatically cancelled.
When you call to cancel a trip it will not cancel all your rides for the day. Please make sure to confirm each trip (ride) you want to cancel.
Avoid a Violation
Customers must cancel as soon as possible; at least two hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid a service infraction.
When customers cancel, or do not show up when a trip is scheduled, service to others is impacted. Canceling in advance helps our buses run on time and avoids risking an infraction.
If your appointment is running late and there is a chance you will not be ready at your scheduled time, or if you have missed the bus, call the scheduling office as soon as possible, and our schedulers will help you to re-schedule.
