In honor of Transit Driver Appreciation Day, we'd like to share a few thank-yous our Bus Operators have received from customers:

“After finishing his shift, Malcolm discovered a 12 year old girl asleep on the bus. He kept her calm and got her the help she needed to get home safely.”
“While on the bus, I wasn’t sure at which stop I should get off to reach my appointment. Henryka went above and beyond by helping me figure out my route and getting me to where I needed to go.“
“I was visiting Rochester, and was looking to find a bite to eat. I wasn’t sure which way to go and decided to wait at the nearest stop. When Herman came by, he helped me figure out which way to go and how to navigate the system. I’m very grateful for his help!”
