Here's a note we recently received from a customer:
I am writing to thank the RTS for your assistance in helping me to reclaim my wallet when I lost it on a bus a couple of weeks ago. I was visiting Rochester from out of state and as can be imagined, I was quite devastated to have lost my wallet. I am so very grateful for the effort shown on my behalf by everyone who was involved with the finding and returning of my wallet.
I wish I have everyone’s name so that I could give them such a shout out – they deserve it! Bus Operators, Supervisors, and perhaps other staff that were involved. Thank you all and actually your entire organization. You guys are first class and have much to be proud of in terms of your efficient bus services but also your commitment to your riders and the people of your community and out-of-towners, too! I am a huge fan and will continue to ride RTS any and every time I visit Rochester! Thank you ALL!
