Curious about what’s new at RTS? Something about service got you stumped? Have an idea you’d like to share? An Enjoy the Ride Customer Open House is the perfect opportunity to learn more and share your thoughts!
Every few months, RTS hosts an Open House where RTS employees are on-hand to share what’s new, answer questions, and take feedback. Our next open house is scheduled for Aug 2 at the RTS Transit Center. We’re holding two sessions that day: one from Noon – 1pm and another from 5 – 6pm.
The sessions are set up so that you can drop in as your schedule allows, learn about the topics that interest you, and bypass those that don’t.
We’ll have five stations available during the August 2 Open House:
· Recap of Recent Route Improvements
Share your thoughts on recent updates to Routes 45 South Av, 47 Monroe, 51 S. Clinton , 53 S. Goodman, 145 South Av. Limited, and Route 163 Lyell Limited
· Knowing You Better to Serve You Better
Learn about new technology, strategies, and practices that are helping us improve our customer service
· Stay Connected
Sign up for text and email notices so you’ll always be up to date on RTS news, events, and service alerts
· RTS Access
Learn about RTS’ paratransit service serving Monroe County
· General Questions and Customer Service
