Reimagine RTS, the first comprehensive redesign of Monroe County's public transit in 40+ years, is launching on Monday, May 17, 2021.
Below you'll find resources to help you become familiar with the new system and take advantage of its benefits:
Find Your Route
Use our Old Route/New Route guide (pdf) to convert your current route to the options you'll use starting May 17.
Preview Schedules
View the all-new RTS Connect schedules and RTS On Demand brochures, with updated maps and easy-to-read timetables.
Trip plan with the Transit app
Learn how to use the Transit app to preview the new routes and start planning trips. Tablets with the Transit app are also available in the RTS Transit Center.
Get to know RTS On Demand
Learn more about our newest transit option, RTS On Demand. Our website has information about service areas, hours, how to book a ride, and more. Tablets installed with a preview of the RTS On Demand app are available RTS Transit Center. You can download the app to your phone and view how-to videos in early May.

Join our Customer Information Webinar
Join our customer information webinar: Tuesday, April 27 at 5:30pm. We’re holding this session online so people can learn more about the new system without having to worry about COVID-19. The session will be recorded so those who can’t attend can view it later.
All the information that will be covered is also available in print via our schedules, brochures, maps, Enjoy the Ride guide and On Demand brochure. These items will be available at the RTS Transit Center over the next few weeks.
