At the RTS Transit Center

The RTS Transit Center is located at 60 St. Paul Street and 71 North Clinton Ave., just north of Main St.

Building Hours: Mon - Fri 4:30 am-1:00 am Sat - Sun 5:30 am-1:00 am
On-site Customer Information: Mon - Fri 6:15 am -7:45 pm Sat - Sun 8:15 am - 4:45 pm.
Security is always on site.
Gates 1 – 26 are inside the RTS Transit Center; Gates 27 – 30 are on Mortimer St. near N. Clinton Ave.

Find Your Bus

Monitors listing routes and gate numbers are located at the N. Clinton and St. Paul entrances and above the Customer Information Desks.

Waiting to Board

You may use the lean rails or benches at the gates while you wait for your bus. When the bus arrives, let others get off the bus before boarding.

Disembarking

When buses arrive at the Center, customers must disembark and find their connecting bus. Customers will  need to purchase another $1 fare to continue to their destination (unless they have an all-day unlimited pass, 5-day unlimited pass, or 31-day unlimited pass). 

Double Check

Routes usually depart from the same gates, but that may change. Always check the monitors so you board the right bus.

Buy Passes

Ticket vending machines are located behind the Customer Information desks. You may pay with cash, credit, and debit cards. You can also purchase passes online at myRTS.com.

Plan Your Trip

Touchscreen trip planners, located behind the Customer Information desks, make it easy to get from point A to point B. Just enter your starting address and destination -- the trip planner will do the rest.

Call of Nature

The women’s restroom is located near gate 14; the men’s restroom is located near gate 16. A family restroom, located between gates 13 and 15, is also available. Please visit a Customer Information desk or speak with Security personnel for access to the family restroom.

Bus Schedules

Printed schedules are located between gates 13 and 15.

Get a Snack

Vending machines with snacks and drinks are located near gates 13 and 15.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the RTS Transit Center.
