View route maps and schedules
Standard Fares (one-way trip)
Standard Service — $1.00 per customer per trip
No fare is charged for a child under age 5 traveling with a fare-paying adult. Limit one child.
Standard fares are required to ride any of the established RTS Wyoming routes with designated stops. The schedules show the major stops but there are also additional stops along the route.
Reduced Fares (one-way trip)
Adults age 60 or older — $0.50
Persons with disabilities — $0.50
If you are a person with a disability or you are over the age of 60, you can ride the established routes at a discount. Reduced fare does NOT apply to premium service (Route Deviation).
Value Passes
Value Pass for 11 rides — $10
Value Pass for 23 rides — $20
You can use a Value pass to pay the Standard fare in RTS Genesee, RTS Livingston, RTS Ontario, RTS Orleans, RTS Seneca, RTS Wayne, and RTS Wyoming. These passes save you money if you ride the established routes frequently at the Standard fare.
Buy passes on the bus or from our office on 38 Duncan Street Warsaw, NY 14569. You must pay cash.
Premium Fares (one-way trip)
Route Deviation — $2.00
There is no discount for persons with disabilities. Reduced fare discounts do not apply.
No fare is charged for a child under age 5 traveling with a fare-paying adult. Limit one child.
Route Deviation is a premium service that will cost twice the Standard fare. If your trip is curb-to-curb and deviates to serve locations within ¾ mile of an established RTS Wyoming route, it is considered Route Deviation. After the deviation, the bus returns to the point where it left the route to continue regular route service. You can schedule a pickup time on a first come, first served basis. To arrange Route Deviation service, call 585-786-6050 during regular business hours at least one day before your desired trip and up to one week in advance. You must call by 3:00 PM on Friday to make a Monday reservation.
How to Pay the Fare
- Pay with cash. All of our buses take cash fares. To avoid delays, please have the exact amount ready when you board. If you want a Value Pass, tell the Bus Operator before you pay.
- Pay with a Value pass. Give the pass to the Bus Operator. The Bus Operator will hole-punch the pass and return it.
Bus Pass Rules
- Customer must be in possession of any bus pass while aboard the bus.
- Customers are prohibited from passing back their Value pass to another customer when boarding the bus.
- Bus passes are non-transferable. All bus pass purchases are final. We do not refund misplaced or damaged passes.
- To avoid being victim of fraudulent or forged passes, customers should purchase Value passes only from their Bus Operators or an RTS office.
- Operators will not honor passes that are damaged, mutilated, or expired.
- Supervisors have the authority to confiscate invalid passes and/or remove any person not following these rules.
