Regional Transit Service (RTS) is looking to improve its transit services in Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties. Building on the success of updated transit services in Monroe County and the City of Rochester, this study is expanding focus to rural areas to complete region-wide transit improvements. This project will examine the service needs in these seven counties, with the goal of the study focused on identifying opportunities for on-demand, technology-driven, point-to-point transit services as an option for residents of the study area.

To celebrate the start of construction, Regional Transit Service (RTS) broke ground today on its new facility in Wyoming County. Construction of the new facility is now underway and scheduled for completion in late summer or early fall of 2024.
