Rochester, NY: As one of 20 public transit agencies that are part of the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG), RTS is surveying customers in Monroe County about key aspects of its service and how it is used. RTS started conducting the annual survey on Monday, April 4 and it will last until May 1, 2016. Customers who complete the survey will be eligible for a chance to win an RTS gift bag that includes free bus passes.

How: Customers can visit the RTS website at myRTS.com/abbg to take the survey online (in English or Spanish) or call RTS at (585) 288-1700 to complete the survey over the phone.
The combined result of the surveys from each participating transit agency will guide the formation of a national benchmark of best practices in public transit. RTS looks forward to comparing the results of the survey to learn from the successes of other agencies as well as share successes of its own.
