Regional Transit Service (RTS) announced today that it is implementing some changes to its service starting on Monday, January 1, 2024, that will provide access to key job sites in Monroe County. The primary changes will be made to Route 14 Marketplace, and include access to:
- The New T-Mobile Call Center: RTS is making an adjustment to the Route 14 Marketplace, which will be re-routed to serve the new call center on Clay Road in Henrietta.
- UR Medicine’s New Orthopaedics & Physical Performance Center: With UR Medicine’s new facility now open at Marketplace Mall, RTS is adjusting Route 14 Marketplace and moving a few bus stops. Rather than enter the mall property from the West mall entrance, buses will now enter from the mall’s East entrance. The bus stop that is currently outside the mall food court, will be moved to just outside the mall’s east entrance near the new UR Medicine facility.
