Lift Line is now RTS Access. This new name makes it easier to understand our connection with Regional Transit Service (RTS). But, more importantly, we believe it clearly highlights the benefits this service provides— access to jobs, education, health care, shopping, and social activities. It’s all part of RTS’s commitment to helping people with disabilities enjoy the ride.

Our look. We’re updating our look, including a new logo!
Our phone system. We’re rolling out a new phone system later this summer to make scheduling, confirming, and canceling rides much easier—which means you’ll spend less time on hold! We’ll let you know when our new system is live so you can give it a try!
